A lot has changed this September! So I thought I'd showcase a few things for you to see.
I was able to spend a weekend with my family in Oregon. They were so excited to see the little baby bump! But note the date on the photos, 20 days ago. JUST 20 DAYS!!!

The freaky thing is that there is still a lot of room to grow into that maternity shirt... oh boy!
If you saw on Facebook a while back the post that I put up about a cute girls nursery theme that I liked, then you'll know where my inspiration came from. I'm still working on a number of projects but it's coming along nicely and in a bit more of a boyish fashion for our little guy!
Refresher of nursery inspiration. See that turquoise dresser they dressed up...
Well this is our version of it, before I got busy painting that is. A quick little fix up to an old dresser I got from back home.

.....This is NOW :)
I guess I'm just one excited new mom-to-be, but probably the most exciting things, and one that you can't show in pictures, is being able to feel that baby inside you kicking and squirming. Stan likes to say "good boy" every time he's kicking and moving hard but Stan doesn't realize that that little guy's kick don't hurt they actually make me happy. Okay, he probably does realize that a little. Stan's just a big teasing softy anyway, which is why I love him!
That's all for now. See you in October!
We're pregnant, though you probably knew this for a while.
It's going to be a BOY, which Stan and I are excited about!
We moved to Peterson Pointe Apt. and we love it, especially the two bedrooms.
I am almost 24 weeks along in my pregnancy and lately the baby has been kicking me constantly!!!
AND, General Conference is this weekend how great is that.
Hope you enjoyed,
Lizzy
I was blog template searching and found one that I think suits us better! And along with the new look I thought I would throw in a few pictures today since I've been so negligent about writing the last few days... or has it been weeks?
Last thing before I add pictures...did I mention that I got a JOB!!! This is exciting news for our household, it has been almost 3 months that I've been looking so, Wahoo!!! Today was my first day at the famous local restaurant, Frontier Pies! The job is great so far, with yummy perks, and it's a quick walk from our apartment.
Here are a few photos of us and our places of work. We're grateful to these places for employing us and making it possible for us to live here! Enjoy.

Day we became engaged. We got things off to a great start!

A little something seasonal for you: Summer of last year!!!
Of course our Zombie Avatars!!! (plants vs. zombies)
And these are our lovely workplaces. YAY for work!!!
Well technically this is our "family" blog, but who am I kidding, Stan's probably not going to post much and rightly so. You see we got married in March, moved to Rexburg in April, spent a great deal of time looking for jobs in April and May and June, and I'm still looking in July. Stan found a job in May, actually he found two, so now he's a student working two jobs and I'm a wife who looks for jobs and cook here and there for her husband. You can see why the blogging should fall upon my shoulders.
I feel like I should tell about our day or something exciting that has happened, after all isn't that what this blog is about? But really not much has occurred other than my bike ride to tacobell and eating at a park with grass that was infested with little red bugs. I moved off the grass.
Other than these little details of my afternoon, I wanted to blog about how thankful I am to have so many wonderful friends and family members. We have been greatly blessed and since it seems we will probably be in Rexburg for the next two or three years, I wanted to create this blog to keep in better contact with our friends and family back in Oregon and Washington.
Especially for our moms :)
